Local Anesthetic Functions Certificate
Local Anesthesia Functions Certificate
Local Anesthesia Functions Certificate
EFDAs in Oregon can now apply for the Local Anesthesia Functions Certificate. The new certificate allows EFDAs who earn the certificate to administer local anesthetic agents and local anesthetic reversal agents under the indirect supervision of a licensed dentist.
To qualify, an EFDA must complete an approved curriculum from a CODA-accredited program or another course approved by the Oregon Board of Dentistry, and then apply for the certificate.
